So we had readings for the new "Drama Revolution" performance thingy--which is a play this time, with some other people getting monologues cause there are only five characters--on Wednesday. Same night, Angie emails the parts and understudies out...
I GOT TYMPANI!!!
I'm sure none of you know what play this is, or the character, but I'm excited! It's nice to get a part in a play, and I like the character, sooo...yeah. Happy.
Also on Weds., we found out our new electives. I got creative writing, which I'd wanted, and Angie's in it with me so we still have elective together!
We also got report cards on Wednesday...I had a good one (98 in Spanish, hell yeah) with the exception of geometry--74. That sucks, I thought, but it's not THAT bad.
Guess what?
The teacher (who is irresponsible and a bad teacher, honestly) said she'd screwed up the grades (see last parentheses) and gave us our new report cards.
I have a 67.
I swear I wasn't doing THAT bad... 
She must just be averaging the tests, because lord knows she doesn't check our homework and doesn't seem to give a crap about participation. I had a 20 on one test; when you average it with my two other tests from the quarter my average is a 67-68. HOWEVER. I retook that test because I had come in 20 or so minutes late and it was unfair to have me take it when she KNOWS I'm bad in this class, and got an 88. When you average the tests with the 20 and 88, my average is a 74; when you average the 88, 91, and 92, my average is a 90.
No, I do not have ANY idea what the hell happened. x___xTurns out she did average the 20 instead of the 88; my geometry grade is actually a 82. Only 2 points down from the first quarter!
My new total average (history, lit, Spanish, math, chemistry) is a 91.6. Aside from school crap...life is okay. Miss my old neighborhood.

I have a C in every class except art, which she grades by participation, so i have 100 there. xD
Have you ever read Cyrano de Bergerac? Its a cool play, we read it this year in English. I'm listening to an awsome song called Cyrano de Berger's Back and i luurves it. I wanna do Cyrano arts now.
